# Unstuck Privacy Policy

_Last updated: May 30, 2026_

Unstuck ("we", "our", "the app") is designed to be calm and respectful of your
privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

## What we collect

- **Account identifier.** When you first open the app we create an anonymous
account so your progress can sync across your devices. If you choose to sign
in with email, we store that email address.
- **App data.** Your wins, current streak, completion history, saved favorites,
and in-app preferences (theme, gentle notifications, reduce motion).
- **Push token.** If you enable notifications, we store an Expo push token so we
  can send you gentle reminders.
- **Advertising data.** The app is free and supported by ads served through
Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and related
data to deliver and measure ads. On iOS, ads are personalized only if you
allow tracking when prompted; otherwise you'll receive non-personalized ads.

We do **not** collect your contacts, location, or photos.

## How we use it

- To sync your progress and settings across devices.
- To send the reminders you opt into.
- To display ads that keep the app free.

## Where it is stored

App data is stored on your device and in our backend (Supabase). Data is
protected by row-level security so each account can only access its own data.

## Your choices

- Turn notifications off any time in Settings.
- **Reset app data** in Settings clears local data on this device.
- **Delete account** in Settings permanently removes your account and all synced
data from our servers, then clears local data.

## Third parties

- **Supabase** — database, authentication, and serverless functions.
- **Google AdMob** — advertising. See Google's
  [Privacy & Terms](<https://policies.google.com/privacy>).
- **Expo** — push notification delivery.
